Open to all Scalextric V8’s. Magnets must be removed, allowed
unlimited ballast and body may be lowered on the chassis. V8 Super Car
body's may be substituted with V8 ute body's, but must run the same
running gear setup as described above for the V8 Super Cars.
Ninco Classic:
Originally for Ninco only other manufacturers have been allowed in to
enhance the class which is basically for pre 1965 two door
sports/coupes. All models must run an NC1 or NC8 motor and no magnet and
unlimited ballast. Ninco Classic Cars
supplied with an NC5 motor must have the motor replaced with an NC1 or
NC8. Mabuchi motors may not be used in this class.

Aston Martin DB-3/DB-5, Ferrari 166/212/250, Corvette ‘55/Stingray/GS,
Jaguar D-type/E-type/XK-120, Thunderbird, Maserarti A6G, Mercedes 300s,
Cobra/Daytona, Austin Healey, Porsche 356/550.
G.T:
Modern outline production based G.T.’s with a
time frame from mid 1990’s to present. Models are
allowed unlimited ballast and no magnet.
As in previous years, Ninco models are not allowed.
Some examples of eligible models:
Aston Martin DB-9, Corvette, Viper, Lister Storm, Panoz coupe, TVR,
Maserarti MC-12, Porsche 911 GT-2/GT-3, Ferrari 550/575, Marcos, Saleen
plus Scalex/Takara Nissan Skyline/350Z, Honda NSX, Toyota Supra.
Classic Rally:
With the exception of Ninco open to all manufacturers of pre ’90 2WD
rally cars. No magnet and unlimited ballast. Rear axle drive cars
only are permitted. Models that fit the correct era but are 4WD (for
example, the Ford RS-200) can have the front axle drive disconnected.

Citroen 2CV, Porsche 911, Renault 5/Alpine, Mini Cooper, Fiat 124,
Alfetta GTV, Simca 1000, Lancia Delta/Stratos/037, Peugeot 205, Audi
Quattro A1, Ford Escort.
Thundercars:
Cars from 1972/73-82/83. Models are based on cars that had a production
car silhouette then heavily modified by the factory. No Ninco’s, no
magnets and unlimited ballasting.
Some examples of eligible models:
Capri, BMW CSL/320i, Opel Commodore, Lancia Beta, Greenwood Corvette,
Toyota Celica Porsche 935, Ferrari BB.
